Attendance will be taken at the beginning of every class period. If tardy it is the students' responsibility to inform the instructor before the end of that class period.
3 Tardies = 1 Absence

| 3 Absences | Full Letter Grade Reduction (B to C) |

No late work will be accepted or critiqued. Be ready to present and/or turn in your work at the beginning of class. See syllabus schedule for project deadlines.
You are required to attend all one-on-one and group critiques. During critiques you must show your work and participate in class discussion.
You can only resubmit one project per semester. Reworked projects will only be critiqued during office hours and must be resubmitted by the last day of class. Creative challenges and response papers cannot be repeated or resubmitted.
It is university policy that Final Exams are to be held the day and the hour they are scheduled on the Final Exam Schedule. No early exams will be given; reading and examination periods are firmly scheduled parts of the semester. Students should not make plans that interfere with these important academic activities. Not attending the class final will result in a full letter grade reduction.
